Arsenal finished 5th on English Premiership last season. The Gunners were just unlucky not to have been part of top 4. They had bad time when they last played Tottenham where the referee awarded penalty to Spurs and one player of Arsenal was sent out of the game.
Even though Arsenal coach Arteta complained of unfairness but didn’t count. Gunners again had bad time when they played Newcastle last. The were disadvantaged when a penalty was awarded to Newcastle. They are looking to at least be in the top 4 next season and so they are signing good and new players to achieve such feat. Among the assignees is Gabriel Jesus who is undergoing his medicals and so official announcement for his inclusion will be made latest next week. Gabriel Jesus was prolific at Manchester City last season and he is expected to join Arsenal the attacking line for the gunners and also help win Europa as well. Gabriel transfer deal is in the region of £45 million ($55m) between Arsenal and Manchester City. He expected to blend with Eddie Nketiah, Saka, others to bang in goals for Arsenal.

The 28-year-old goalkeeper has signed a ‘long-term’ contract at Arsenal for under $7 million (£5.7m).
Arsenal announced the signing of Matt Turner, months after he agreed a deal with MLS New England Revolutions.
The goalkeeper had been expected to be in north London for months, with the first deal reached in February, but he only arrived in England last week before completing his medical.
Turner’s deal has been finalized, announced on June 27, 2022 on the club’s official website, and he will wear the number 30 shirt, the same number he wore for his previous club.

Arsenal have completed Porto midfielder Fabio Vieira.
Porto earlier this week confirmed a deal to sell Vieira for £34m, including extras.
The 22-year-old Portuguese is the Gunners’ third summer signing after goalkeeper Matt Turner and Brazilian striker Marquinhos. Arsenal will pay £30m up front plus £4m in performance-related benefits.

Arsenal have announced that Eddie Nketia has signed a new long-term contract with the club.
Nketia scored five goals in eight games for Mikel Arteta’s side at the end of last season. Now he will wear the number 14 shirt that historically belongs to club legend and all-time record holder Thierry Henry.
