First of all, know your blood group. Most Ghanaians have blood group O, either O positive or O negative. Those whose blood group is either O positive or O negative have a lot of acidic content in their system. They are advised to eat less of maize food. Carriers of blood groups A and B have to eat more of vegetables.
Generally we should avoid putting hot food in plastics. The chemical that is transferred to food when it is hot is disastrous, it can causes cancer.
It is also very important to reduce the intake of sugar and salt.
Lastly, detoxify regularly. Take purgative to purge your system of unwanted products. Deworm every three months. Deal with constipation.
